Memphis Zoo Hippo Enclosure Renovation for the City of Memphis

The Project consists of the renovation of the Hippo Barn Enclosure located on the Property of the Memphis Zoo. This project consists of converting a Hippo Enclosure into an event space consisting of three bays and supplementary offices and storage. This renovation includes selective demolition, new electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work, new finishes throughout, exterior and interior painting, roofing, and all additional work shown on the constract docucments. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that he has been made knowledgeable of the site and its conditions prior ot bidding on this project.
