Sealed bids for HVAC Replacement and Gas Piping Repairs at Development TN008-001 (Morningside), will be received by The Paris Housing Authority, 917 Minor Street, Paris, TN 38242 until Thursday, October 27, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The Morningside site contains 24 apartments and 1 maintenance space. Scope will include HVAC replacement in 24 units and gas piping repairs in 23 units.
The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
Pre-Bid Information:
A Prebid Conference will be held for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the project at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 13, 2022. The Prebid Conference will be held at the proposed construction site. Interested bidders are to meet at 34 Morningside Village, Paris TN. Immediately following the Prebid Conference, a walk through will be held by the Owner. All contractors are strongly recommended to attend this walk through and Prebid Conference.
In order to be a qualified bidder, bidding documents must be obtained from this plan room. There is no cost associated with viewing or downloading an electronic copy of the plans and project manual.
