Sealed bids for Window Replacement and Interior Renovations at Development TN052-003 Green Oaks, will be received by The Huntingdon Housing Authority, 433 Hillcourt Circle, Huntingdon, TN 38344 on Thursday, January 26, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
Scope of Work includes Window Replacement in 44 apartments and Interior Renovations including Kitchen base and wall cabinets and countertops, Bathrooom shower/tub surrounds, vanities, and toilets, new flooring and painting throughout in 12 apartments, located in Huntingdon, TN.
In order to be a qualified bidder, Bidding documents must be obtained from the plan room above. There is no cost associated with viewing or downloading an electronic copy of the plan and project manual. If you would like a physical set, they can be printed, paid for, and shipped to you directly through the website.
Pre-Bid / Walk-through Information:
A Prebid Conference will be held for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the project at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 12, 2023, at the Housing Authority’s Office, 433 Hillcourt Circle, Huntingdon, TN. Immediately following the Prebid Conference, a walk through of the project will be held by the Owner and Owner’s Representative at the job site. All contractors are strongly recommended to attend this walk through and Prebid Conference.
