Gibson County Airfield Drainage Improvements

Bid Information:

Separate sealed BIDS for the Airfield Drainage Improvements will be received at the Gibson County Airport, 56 Airport Road, Milan, Tennessee 38358, 2:00 p.m. local time, Friday, January 13th, 2023, BIDS will then be publicly opened and read aloud. BIDS received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

Scope of work: Airfield Drainage Improvements.

Copies of the Bidding Documents may be purchased from Barge Design Solutions, Inc., at a nonrefundable cost of $150.00 per set. Checks for copies of the Bidding Documents shall be made payable to Barge Design Solutions, Inc, 65 Germantown Court, Suite 100, Memphis, TN 38018.

The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all BIDS, to waive any formalities or irregularities in the BIDS received, and to accept the BID which is deemed most favorable to the OWNER at the time and under the conditions stipulated.

Pre-Bid Information:

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. local time, Friday, January 6th, 2023, at the Gibson County Airport, 56 Airport Road, Milan, Tennessee 38358. Attendance at this conference by the prime contractor is mandatory in order to be eligible to submit a bid.
