ESRA Hangar Access Road

Bid Information:

Separate sealed BIDS for the Corporate Hangar Access Road will be received by the Everett-Stewart Regional Airport Board at the Everett-Stewart Regional Airport, 1489 Airport Circle Road, Union City, Tennessee 38261, until 2:00 P.M. local time, Thursday, January 12th, 2023. BIDS will then be publicly opened and read aloud. BIDS received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

Scope of work: development of site and construction of new hangar access road and parking lot.

Bid Requirements, Contract Forms and Conditions, Specifications, and Drawings may be examined at the following:

Copies of the Bidding Documents may be purchased from Barge Design Solutions, Inc., at a nonrefundable cost of $100.00 per set. Checks for copies of the Bidding Documents shall be made payable to Barge Design Solutions, Inc, 65 Germantown Court, Suite 100, Memphis, TN 38018.

The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all BIDS, to waive any formalities or irregularities in the BIDS received, and to accept the BID which is deemed most favorable to the OWNER at the time and under the conditions stipulated.

Pre-Bid Information:

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2:00 P.M. local time, Thursday, January 5th, 2023, at the Everett- Stewart Regional Airport, 1489 Airport Circle Road, Union City, Tennessee 38261. Attendance at this conference by the prime contractor is highly encouraged.
