Bid Information:

Bids signed and under seal, executed, and dated and electronic time stamped bids, for the COUNTY COURTHOUSE HVAC, LIGHTING SYSTEMS UPGRADES, AND ELEVATOR ADDITION project, will be received at the office of The Honorable Rhea Taylor, Mayor of Fayette County, Fayette County, TN 13095 N. Main Street, Somerville, TN 38068, if delivered via mail or FedEx prior to the Bid Date. Hand delivered Bids are to be turned in by 2:00pm local time on February 21, 2023 at the Fayette County Courthouse, 16755 US 64, 2nd Floor Courtroom, Somerville, TN 38068. The Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud.

An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened.

Pre-Bid Information:

A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held at Fayette County Courthouse, 16755 US 64, 2nd Floor Courtroom, Somerville, TN 38068, at 2:00 P.M. local time on January 24, 2023.
