Sealed bids for UPPER FINLEY ROAD OVER BRANCH will be received by MR. JEFF JONES, HWY CHIEF ADMIN OFFICER at DYER COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT, 1920 PIONEER ROAD, DYERSBURG, TN 38024, until FEBRUARY 21, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. local time, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
