Bid Information:
All bids must be received by MDMR no later than 2:00 p.m. 12/16/2025. All bids received after the deadline will be returned unopened. If a bid is to be mailed, bidders should use certified mail with a return receipt guaranteed. MDMR will not be responsible for mail delays or lost mail.
Pre-Bid Information:
An optional Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m., 12/4/2025. The purpose of the pre-bid meeting is to allow potential bidders an opportunity to present questions to staff and obtain clarification of the procurement requirements.
While Attendance at the Pre-Bid Meeting is not a mandatory requirement for submitting a bid, all Contractors are strongly urged to attend to gain a full working knowledge and understanding of the requirements of this project.
Bidders are solely responsible for obtaining and reviewing all bid documents and ensuring compliance with the instructions and requirements set forth therein.
