Bids must be submitted to the MHA Capital Improvements Department at 700 Adams Avenue, Memphis, TN 38105- 5029, ATTN: Kelitia Dickson, by no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.

Pre-Bid Information:

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. CST at 700 Adams Avenue, Memphis, TN 38105. Site visits can be scheduled Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 8:30 am through 11 am CST. To schedule a site visit, please contact Kelitia Dickson at 901-337 2231 or via email at kdickson@memphisha.org. Although neither the Pre-Bid Conference nor the site visit is a bidding requirement, all offerors are strongly encouraged to attend.
