1273-30 Sheffield Housing Authority-Bathroom and Kitchen Renovations for Sites 68-3 and 68-5

Bid Information:

The Sheffield Housing Authority of Sheffield, Alabama, hereafter called the “Public Housing Agency” or PHA, will receive sealed bids for the KITCHEN AND BATHROOM RENOVATIONS FOR SITES 68-3 AND 68-5 for Sheffield Housing Authority, until 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at the office of the PHA located at 505 North Columbia Avenue, Sheffield, Alabama 35660, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Pre-Bid Conference:

At 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, November 18, 2025, a Prebid Conference will be held at 505 North Columbia Avenue, in Sheffield, Alabama for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the project. Immediately following the Prebid Conference, a walkthrough of the project will be held by the Owner. All Contractors are strongly recommended to attend this walk through and prebid conference.

One (1) complete set of bidding documents, drawings, and specifications in electronic or paper format shall be obtained from Memphis Reprographics, 6178 Macon Road, Memphis, TN 38134, telephone (901) 381-9811 for a fee. Bid documents are not refundable. However, bid documents may be viewed on-line prior to purchasing them. All bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the PHA, as contained in the Project Manual and detailed within.
