Bid Information:
The Forrest City Housing Authority of Forrest City, Arkansas, hereafter called the “Public Housing Agency” or PHA, will receive sealed bids for the Burn Unit at Grobmyer until 11:00 a.m., Tuesday February 3, 2026, at 690 Dawson Road, Forrest City, Arkansas 72335, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A Prebid Conference at the Housing Authority Office (690 Dawson Road, Forrest City, AR) will be held for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have about submitting a bid for this project at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Immediately following the Prebid Conference, a walk through of the project will be held by the Owner. All Contractors are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED to attend this walk through and Prebid Conference.
The PHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
One (1) complete set of bidding documents, drawings, and specifications in electronic or paper format shall be obtained from Memphis Reprographics, 6178 Macon Road, Memphis, TN 38134, telephone (901) 381-9811 for a fee. Bid documents are not refundable. However, bid documents may be viewed on-line prior to purchasing them. All bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the PHA, as contained in the Project Manual and detailed within.
