Pre-Bid Information
Two Pre-bid Conferences will be held on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at the offices of the Memphis Housing Authority in Room 216 and Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time at the offices of the Memphis Housing Authority in Room 216. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is not a bidding requirement but is strongly recommended.
Per Addendum No. 2
One additional Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Memphis Housing Authority, 700 Adams Avenue, Memphis, TN 38105. Masks are required for all attendees. This is scheduled for Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 2 pm
Site Examination
The sites will be available for examination between the hours of 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. on Tuesdays and Thursdays through Friday until Thursday, April 8, 2021. Questions regarding this Invitation to Bid should be directed in writing, by 4:00 P.M. Central Standard time on Tuesday, April 27th, 2021, to Kelitia Dickson, Senior Project Manager, Memphis Housing Authority, 700 Adams Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee 38105. Inquiries may be faxed to (901) 544-1312 to the attention of Kelitia Dickson, Senior Project Manager. Oral explanations or instructions will not be binding. Responses to inquiries will be made in the form of written addenda to the Invitation to Bid.
Bid Information
Bids must be submitted to the MHA Capital Improvements Department, 700 Adams Avenue, Room 107, Memphis, TN 38105-5029, ATTN: Kelitia Dickson, by no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Tuesday, May 4th, 2021.
Scope of Work
The Project consists of the removal and replacement of kitchen and bathroom plumbing fixtures and components, vent hoods, cabinets, flooring and subflooring, drywall, ceramic tile, lighting installation, electrical upgrades, mechanical and plumbing upgrades, installation of doors and windows, HVAC, exterior concrete, etc.
A single prime contract based on a Firm Fixed Price as described in the Agreement.
