A Non-Mandatory confernce will be held on April 15, 2021 at 9:00 AM. All parties interested in bidding on this project are encouraged to attend this Pre-Bid Conference. This conference will take place at the Downtown Memphis Commission office.

The Downtown Memphis Commission will receive sealed bids at the Downtown Memphis Commission offices at 114 North Main Street, Memphis, TN 38103 until 3:00 PM on May 6, 2021 for Shoppers Garage (85 North Front Street)
Scope of Work
Work includes selective interior and exterior demolition, repairs to parking decks and barricades, application of new interior and exterior finishes, new lighting, installation of landscape accessories and construction of a dog park.
