Questions
Bidders shall submit questions about bidding documents to Designer in writing. Replies will be issued to Bidders of Record by addenda and will become part of Contract Documents. Designer and Owner will not make oral clarifications.
Questions shall be received by Designer at least six calendar days before bid opening date.

Scope of Work
1. Clement Hall:
a. Hazardous materials abatement to accommodate new HVAC equipment.
b. Replacement of modular air handling units.
c. Replacement of steam-to-hot water heat exchanger and hot water pumps with new tertiary loop pumps connected to Ellington Hall boiler plant.
d. Temperature control system modifications.
e. Commissioning.
f. Architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing modifications to accommodate new HVAC systems.
2. Mitchell Hall:
a. Hazardous materials abatement to accommodate new HVAC equipment.
b. Replacement of modular air handling units.
c. Replacement of steam-to-hot water heat exchanger with connection to Ellington Hall boiler plant.
d. Temperature control system modifications.
e. Commissioning.
f. Architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing modifications to accommodate new HVAC equipment.
3. Theatre Building:
a. New exterior ladder from main roof to roof of theatre stage for access to stage smoke vents.
4. Ellington Hall:
a. Connection of underground hot water piping to existing hot water piping installed in basement mechanical room under separate project.
b. Installation of backup hot water distribution pump and associated controls in basement mechanical room.
5. Site:
a. Underground hot water piping from basement mechanical room at Ellington Hall to existing mechanical rooms in Clement Hall and Mitchell Hall.
