Bid Information:
Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the City of Memphis Purchasing Agent, Mr. Tim Boyles, Room 354, City Hall, 125 N. Main, Memphis, TN 38103, until 12:00 PM (noon), Wednesday, May 12, 2021.
Project Description:
1. Replace existing seven split system HVAC systems, one packaged HVAC system and associated accessories.
2. Replace one 745 MBH IN/603 MBH OUT non-condenser heating water boiler with new hybrid single condensing and single non-condensing boilers and associated accessories.
Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractors expense, which will be fulfilled by Memphis Reprographics or files may be downloaded for free from our online plan room.
