Pre-Bid Information
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at EnSafe Center, 5724 Summer Trees Drive, Memphis, Tennessee 38134 on April 30, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. The pre-bid meeting can be viewed remotely. If the bidder prefers to view it remotely, then they must request virtual access at least two days in advance of the pre-bid meeting.

Bid Information
Community Redevelopment Agency will receive bids electronically, submit to April Simmons by CLICKING HERE until 3:00 p.m. on May 14, 2021.
Bids filed as provided herein shall be opened and reviewed privately by the Community Redevelopment Agency after 4:00 p.m. on May 14, 2021.
Scope of Work
This job consists of reconstruction of sidewalks, curb ramps, and residential and commercial driveways throughout the Uptown TIFF District.
The locations of the sidewalk to be replaced can be seen in the attached figures. The sidewalks will be constructed to City of Memphis and American Disabilities Act requirements, unless approved otherwise by the City of Memphis. Sidewalks are to be 5-foot wide, unless space between the curb and right-of-way limit the ability to construct a sidewalk at this width. However, no sidewalk shall be constructed less than 3 feet wide, for a maximum length of 20 feet.
