Bid Information:
Bids signed and under seal, executed, and dated will be received at the office of Northwest Mississippi Community College – College, Office of Purchasing, 2nd floor McCormick Administration Building, 102 Administration Circle, Senatobia, MS, until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, March 3, 2022. Bids may be submitted electronically at www.northwestmsbids.com or may be hand delivered in sealed envelopes.
Procurement Timetable:
- A. Pre-Bid Meeting: Friday,February 25, 11:00 AM Office of Construction and Maintenance.
- B. Bid Due Date: March 3, 2020, before 2 PM local time.
- C. Bid Opening: Same day, 2 PM local time.
- D. Notice of Award: Within 60 days after due date.
- E. Bids May Not Be Withdrawn Until: 60 days after due date.
- F. Required Construction Start: within 30 days of contract award, or April 11, 2022, whichever is first.
- G. Required Substantial Completion Date: August 1, 2022
Pre-Bid Information:
A bidders’ conference has been scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 25, 2022, at the College Construction and Maintenance, Northwest MS Community College, Senatobia MS 38668.
Site Examination:
A. Examine the project site before submitting a bid. Site examination is not required, but is strongly recommended before entering a Bid Amount.
B. The currently occupied premises at the project site are open for examination by bidders BY APPOINTMENT ONLY during the following hours:- 1. Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- 2. Schedule appointment with Owner Representative at 662-562-3438.
- 3. Check-in at College Construction and Maintenance upon arrival.
