The Malvern Housing Authority in Malvern, Arkansas, hereafter called the “Public Housing Agency” or PHA, will receive sealed bids for the Flooring Replacement @ Lockman and Babcock sites, until 1:00 p.m., Thursday, June 9, 2022, at the office of the PHA located at 100 Gloster Street, Malvern, AR 72104, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE CLOSING TIME WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED.
Pre-Bid Information:
A Prebid Conference at the MHA Office will be held for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have about submitting a bid for this project at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 26, 2022. Immediately following the Prebid Conference, a walk through of the project will be held by the Owner. All Contractors are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED to attend this walk through and Prebid Conference.
In order to be a qualified bidder, bidding documents must be obtained from this plan room. There is no cost associated with viewing or downloading an electronic copy of the plans and project manual.
