Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the City of Memphis Purchasing Agent, Room 354, City Hall 125 North Main, Memphis, TN 38103, until June 22nd, 2022 until 12:00 p.m., for furnishing the City of Memphis with the following:

A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for May 25, 2022, 10:30 am at the Riverview Community Center, 1891 Kansas Street, Memphis, TN 38109. A site review will follow immediately follow the pre-bid conference.

BIDDING DOCUMENTS

For the mutual protection of the City, City’s Consultant (hereafter “the Consultant”), and all subcontractors and material suppliers, partial sets of documents will not be Issued. Therefore, all contractors intending to submit a bid shall obtain one (1) complete set of documents from the consultant in order for his bid to be accepted. This will also place the Contractor on the mailing list for possible addenda issuance. Plans and specifications in PDF format are available at no charge via the MFA, Program Manager, and the Architect . In order to gain access to this Site, Bidders must contact the Consultant’s project manager.
