Sealed bids for Window Replacement with Security Screens for 32 Apartments at Development TN008-002 (Tige Robinson) and Replacement Front and Rear Entry Doors and Security Doors for 24 Apartments at Development TN008-001 (Morningside) will be received by The Paris Housing Authority, 917 Minor Street, Paris, TN 38242 on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
Pre-Bid Information:
A Prebid Conference will be held for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have concerning submitting a bid for this project at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 15, 2022. The Prebid Conference will be held at the proposed construction site. Interested Bidders are to meet at 34 Morningside Village, Paris TN.
Immediately following the Prebid Conference, a walk-through of this site for door replacement will be held by the Owner followed by a visit to the 2nd site where window replacement is to occur. All Contractors are strongly recommended to attend this walkthrough and Prebid Conference.
Project Description:
Work of this Contract includes general renovations at two (2) housing development locations, as follows:- 1. Development No. TN008-002 (Tige Robinson), Paris, Tennessee, Replacement Windows with Security Screens.
- 2. Development No. TN008-001 (Morningside), Paris, Tennessee, Replacement Entry Doors and Security Doors.
In order to be a qualified bidder, bidding documents must be obtained from this plan room. There is no cost associated with viewing or downloading an electronic copy of the plans and project manual.
