Bid Information:
Bid Submission Requirements: Subcontractors and suppliers are to submit their proposal on standard company letterhead clearly indicating the scope of work. cost of the work. and exclusions. In addition, we are requiring the provided bid form to be submitted along with your proposal. The purpose of the additional bid form is to minimize post-bid questions that can be addressed at the time of bid.
Bid Time/Date: Subcontractor and supplier bids are due to Snyder Construction Group no later than 1:00 PM on Friday July 22, 2022.
Pre-Bid Information:
Pre-Bid Meeting: A formal pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday July 6 at 10:00 AM. The meeting will be held at the Borda Tower community room (21 Neely Street Memphis. TN). followed by a site visit at all four towers. This pre-bid meeting is not mandatory, but is highly encouraged for all prospective bidders to attend. The purpose of the pre-bid meeting will be to discuss project scope. project requirements, and most importantly will be an opportunity to observe the existing conditions of the facilities. We strongly encourage attendance at this time, but have also planned two additional dates and times (Wednesday July 13 at 10:00 AM, and Wednesday July 20 at 10:00 AM. same starting location) for follow up site visits to allow an additional viewing if there is anything you discover during the bid process after the pre-bid meeting that needs to be observed prior to the bid date.
Questions:
RFl’s & Questions: We encourage RFl’s and questions as they arise. We prefer all RFl’s and questions to be submitted via email, but phone calls are also acceptable. We will respond promptly to received RFI’s. Please submit any RFI’s and questions no later than seven (7) calendar days before the bid date. However, we will not leave any questions unanswered.
We highly encourage each interested trade partner reaching out via email j.stringer@snydercg.com or d.hays@snydercg.com and we can discuss the project scope or set up a call to discuss. We do ask that you are familiar with the project prior to reviewing the scope with us. Our ultimate goal is to ensure all trade partners have a complete and comprehensive understanding of the scope and logistics of the project.
