Sealed bids for Exterior Door Replacement at Developments TN009-001. -002, and -003 will be received by The Union City Housing Authority, 1409 East Main Street, Union City, TN 38261 on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. All three developments are located in Union City, TN.
Pre-Bid Information:
A Prebid Conference will be held for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the project at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at the Housing Authority’s Office, 1409 East Main Street, Union City, TN.
Immediately following the Prebid Conference, a walk-through of the project will be held by the Owner. All contractors are strongly recommended to attend this walk through and Prebid Conference.
Site Examination:
It is the responsibility of each bidder to familiarize himself with the project site, subsurface conditions and general work conditions as required for preparation of the bid.
