72372 - Taxiway Echo Demolition & Site Restoration

The project consists of the removal of an existing asphalt taxiway and restoration of the area to turf. The scope encompasses demolition of approximately 6,000 SY of asphalt pavement and underlaying section to dirt, removal of taxiway edge lights and signs, erosion control, earthwork, and turf stabilization with topsoil and sod and other related work as shown on the drawings and/or in the specifications.

Bid Information:

Sealed bids for the construction of Taxiway Echo Demolition and Site Restoration will be received by the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport Authority at the office of the Engineer located at 5746 Marlin Road, Suite 102, Chattanooga, TN 37411 on September 1, 2022, until 2:00 p.m. local time, and immediately thereafter will be opened and publicly read.

Pre-Bid Information:

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held August 18, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., at the office of the Engineer, 5746 Marlin Road, Suite 102 Chattanooga, TN 37411. Immediately following the meeting, a tour will be available of the project site.
