Project Information:
The work consists of the construction of the following at the existing Haywood County Health Department building:- 1. Foundations for columns for a prefabricated/pre-engineered metal drive thru canopy. Canopy is approximately 24 feet wide x 40 feet long with a minimum 13’-6” vertical clearance.
- 2. The metal canopy will include lights, fans and outlets as indicated on electrical drawings.
Bid Information:
Sealed bids for Haywood County Health Department Drive Thru Canopy will be received by The Honorable David Livingston, Mayor at the Haywood County Mayor’s Office, 1 North Washington Avenue, Brownsville, TN 38012 until September 29, 2022, at 11:00 AM local time, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com, to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to the bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened. Official bidders will be established by attendance of the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
