The McKenzie Housing Authority invites sealed bids for HVAC Replacement at Development No. TN082-001 located in McKenzie, Tennessee.
Bids are subject to TN State Law. Bids will be received until 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday January 24, 2023, and publicly opened at McKenzie Housing Authority, 22 W. McDonald Avenue, McKenzie, TN 38201.
Pre-Bid Information:
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Housing Authority Office for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the Project at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday January 10, 2023. Immediately following the Prebid Conference, a walk through of the project will be held by the Owner. All Contractors are strongly recommended to attend this walk-through and Pre-Bid Conference.
