Bid Information:

Sealed bids, subject to the conditions herein, will be received until 11:00 PM, Local Central Time on January 17th, 2023, by the Millington Airport Authority (Owner) at the Millington Airport, and at that hour opened and publicly read, for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work connected with the Air Traffic Control Tower Renovation.

Pre-Bid Information:

A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 11:00 AM, Local Central Time on December 21st, 2022, at the Millington Airport. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.

The Owner, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Non-discrimination in Federally-Assisted Programs of the Department of Transportation, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure the minority business enterprises are afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex or natural origin in consideration of award.
