The Memphis Housing Authority (MHA) is soliciting Firm Fixed Price bids from highly qualified contractors to provide construction services for the Montgomery Plaza Interior Renovation Project, Memphis, TN

The original Bid Opening date for this solicitation is Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at 2:00 PM.

Pre-Bid Information:

Pre-bid Conferences will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. and May 2, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Memphis Housing Authority, 700 Adams Avenue, Boardroom, Room 216. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is not a bidding requirement but is strongly recommended.
