City of Kenton is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
LPRF - Ballfield Improvements, City Park
Sealed bids for the construction of the Project will be received by the Honorable Danny Jowers, Mayor of the City of Kenton at the Kenton City Hall located at 108 North Poplar Street, Kenton, TN 38233, until Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
Pre-Bid Information:
A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, May 25th at 2 pm at the City of Kenton at the Kenton City Hall located at 108 North Poplar Street Kenton, TN. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory.
