Bids signed and under seal, executed, and dated for the TIPTON COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER project, will be received at the office of Emergency Management – Tipton County, 8629 Highway 51 S. Brighton, TN 38011. Bids are to be turned in by 2:00 P.M. local time on July 27, 2023. If delivered via mail or FedEx prior to the Bid Date, send to Tipton County Public Works, 8279 Highway 51 S, Brighton, TN 38011.The Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud.
An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, and/or, accept or reject any or all bids.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the office of Emergency Management - Tipton County, 8629 Highway 51 S Brighton, TN 38011 at 2:00 P.M. local time on June 8, 2023.
