Sealed bids for GARAN BUILDING DEMOLITION will be received by the CITY OF ADAMSVILLE at the office of THE HONORABLE DAVID LECKNER, MAYOR, CITY HALL, 231 EAST MAIN STREET, ADAMSVILLE, TN 38310, until NOVEMBER 30, 2023 at 10:30 A.M. local time, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
Pre-Bid Information:
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at CITY HALL, 231 EAST MAIN STREET, ADAMSVILLE, TN 38310 on NOVEMBER 15, 2023 at 10:30 A.M. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
