Fort Payne Concrete Pavement Maintenance

Bid Information:

Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of IMPROVEMENTS TO FORT PAYNE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT will be received by the City Of Fort Payne, Alabama, hereinafter referred to as the OWNER, at the Fort Payne City Hall until 1:00 P.M., local time, Thursday, February 15, 2024. BIDS will then be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

BIDS shall be on the forms included in the Bidding Documents and submitted in a sealed envelope clearly identified on the outside as follows:

Call prior to picking up documents to ensure availability. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available directly from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of bidding Documents including Addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. No part of the purchase will be refunded.

The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all BIDS, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the BIDS received, and to accept the BID which is deemed most favorable to the OWNER at the time and under the conditions stipulated.
