Matlock Bend 1 MG Tank and Roberson BPS Upgrades

Bid Information:

Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the construction of the Matlock Bend 1MG Tank and Roberson BPS Upgrades will be received at the Loudon Utilities Administration Building, 2480 Highway 72 North, Loudon, Tennessee 37774 until 2 p.m., local time, on February 28, 2024, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.

Pre-Bid Conference:

A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for February 7, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. local time, in the Loudon Utilities Administration Building, 2480 Highway 72 North, Loudon, Tennessee 37774. Bidder attendance is encouraged but not mandatory.

Printed copies of bidding Documents may be obtained from bidding.bargedesign.com. For questions about ordering documents, call Memphis Reprographics at 901-381-9811. Call prior to picking up documents to ensure availability. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available directly from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of bidding Documents including Addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. No part of the purchase will be refunded.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities and to re-advertise.
