Sealed bids will be received by the Owner, at the Fayette County Health Department, 90 Yum Yum Road, Somerville, TN 38068 until 2:00 P.M. local time, on Thursday, July 18th, 2024 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Any BID received after the time and date specified shall not be considered.
This project is being funded by Federal, State of Tennessee, and local ARPA/Covid Funds. The Fayette County Mayor’s Office reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids.
Pre-Bid Information:
The Fayette County Mayor’s Office is soliciting sealed bids for General Contracting Services pertaining to the Fayette County Health Department Renovation & Repair Project. Any qualified, licensed, and insured professional is invited to submit a bid. On July 9th, 2024, a mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on site, which is located at 90 Yum Yum Rd in Somerville, TN 38068.
