Bid Information:

Sealed bids for Interior Renovations of four (4) dwelling units and Foundation Lifting and Stabilization of three (3) buildings will be received by The Covington Housing Authority, 1701 Shoaf St., Covington, TN 38019 until Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Plans may be viewed, downloaded, and physical copies ordered at the Memphis Reprographics’ Web Site Plan Room at www.mrplanroom.com. One (1) complete set of bidding documents, drawings, and specifications in electronic or paper format shall be obtained from Memphis Reprographics, 6178 Macon Road, Memphis, TN 38134, telephone (901) 381-9811 for a fee. Bid documents are not refundable. However, bid documents may be viewed on-line prior to purchasing them. Pre-Bid Information:

A Pre-bid Conference will be held at the Covington Housing Authority’s Office, located at 1701 Shoaf Street, Covington, TN, for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the project at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 22, 2024. Immediately following the Pre-bid Conference, a walk-through of the project will be held by the Owner at each site. All contractors are strongly recommended to attend this walk-through and Pre-bid Conference.
