Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Edwards City Hall, 310 Front Street, PO Box 215, Edwards, MS, 39066 until September 17, 2024, at 10:00 AM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Funding for the project is through a Delta Regional Authority Grant. Contractor shall conform to the grant requirement.
The Town of Edward, Mississippi reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received, to waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept any proposal which is deemed most favorable to the Town of Edwards, Mississippi.

A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project.
