City of Dresden - Armory & Jones Storage Tank Rehabilitation

The proposed project will include pressure washing and painting two water storage tanks for the City of Dresden. The first tank is a 500,000 gallon standpipe on Armory Street and the second location is a 150,000 gallon elevated tank on Jones Street. Both locations will require pressure washing prior to painting, and installation of a new safety climbing device.

Sealed bids for ARMORY & JONES STREET STORAGE TANK REHABILITATION will be received by the CITY OF DRESDEN at the office of MR. MARK MADDOX, MAYOR, at the DRESDEN CITY HALL, 589 EVERGREEN STREET, DRESDEN, TN 38225, until September 11, 2024 at 1:00 pm local time, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
