Sealed bids for FRUITLAND-ELDAD ROAD FDR – SA PAVING will be received by BRIAN COLEMAN, HWY CHIEF ADMIN OFFICER at GIBSON COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT, 1244 S MANUFACTURERS ROW, TRENTON. TN 38382, until SEPTEMBER 10, 2024 at 10:00 AM local time and at that time publicly opened NEXT DOOR at the EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY (EMA), 1246 S MANUFACTURERS ROW, TRENTON, TN 38382 and read aloud.
The project must be completed within 60 days and before May 23, 2025.
An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened. Each bidder is responsible for checking the planroom for any addenda issued before submitting their bid.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
