Bids will be received and opened at the AIRPORT TERMINAL at 2 PM, THURSDAY, June 12th, 2025, and NOT at City Hall as published in the advertisement original bid set. Please see Attachment 1 for the revised Advertisement for Bids.
Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractor’s expense, which will be fulfilled by the Barge Design Solutions, Inc.’s Planroom (https://bidding.bargedesign.com/) To purchase a hard copy set or download files, you must register for a free account, if you already have an account, simply log in and select “Download” this entire job. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available directly from the Issuing Office.
