Shelby County Justice Center Roof Replacement

The project includes the complete removal of the existing roofing to the roof deck and disposal of the existing roof covering systems, and related work, and the installation of a new 60 mil THERMOPLASTIC POLYOLEFIN (TPO) roofing system and all related work. As part of the base bid, the scope shall include retaining the existing concrete runway and installing the roofing membrane over it. As an alternate bid, the contractor shall remove the concrete runway down to the deck and continue the roofing membrane across the flattened plane. Additionally, repairs to the penthouse envelope are included in the base bid per the drawings.
