Pre-Bid Information
A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for this project and the responders are required to sign-in at the School’s Main Office at the stated date/time and location listed below.
3135 Ridgeway Road, Memphis, Tn 38115, on March 12, 2021 @ 9:30 AM CST. Any site visits/walkthroughs must be coordinated between the Contractor and the School’s Building Engineer.
NOTE: SCS will be practicing “Social-Distancing” for all Pre-Bid meetings and gatherings during this time period in order to promote a safe and healthy working environment for both employees and perspective bidders. Bidders must wear appropriate PPE gear during these meetings.

Scope of Work
The design and construction of a competitive K-8 regulation gym with spaces that include but are not limited to a regulation gym with bleachers, public restrooms, a concession area, boys/girls locker rooms, coach’s office. Mechanical / electrical / IDF rooms, storage rooms, generator room, lobby/entry vestibule, and mechanical yard. Design will be under the provision of the FEMA P-361, 3rd Edition, for safe room capabilities.
Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractors expense, which will be fulfilled by Memphis Reprographics or files may be downloaded for free from our online plan room.
