Belle Forest Community School Gymnasium

The design and construction of a competitive K-8 regulation gym with spaces that include but are not limited to a regulation gym with bleachers, public restrooms, a concession area, boys/girls locker rooms, coach's office. Mechanical / electrical / IDF rooms, storage rooms, generator room, lobby/entry vestibule, and mechanical yard. Design will be under the provision of the FEMA P-361, 3rd Edition, for safe room capabilities.
