New Dining & Kitchen - Freed-Hardeman University

Bid Information:

Last day for questions is Friday January 6th, 2023. All questions will be due by close of business this day.

The Construction Manager, Alliance Corporation, will receive bids via email for each Bid Package listed for the Freed-Hardeman University New Dining Hall and Kitchen on behalf of the Project Owner, Freed-Hardeman University. Bids can be emailed to Officer in Charge, Tommy Gumm, tgumm@alliancecorporation.com. All bids must be received on or before 4:00pm (Central Time), Tuesday January 19th, 2023.

A free download of the plans and specifications may be obtained from Memphis Repographics Planroom, www.mrplanroom.com. If potential bidders require a hard copy of the documents, the bidder shall be responsible for all printing and shipping costs.

The Form of Proposal must be requested from the Construction Manager Alliance Corporation, 116 E. College Street, Glasgow, KY 4214, Phone 270.651.8848, mrich@alliancecorporation.com

Alliance Corporation is the Construction Manager for this project, acting as agent for the Owner and acting on the Owner's behalf in soliciting your proposal. Each successful Bidder shall execute a contract with the Owner, Freed-Hardeman University. Proposal Forms must be requested from the CM and must be properly filled out. No qualifying letters or statements will be considered. No bidder may withdraw a Bid submitted for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening of Bids.

Any Bid which is not received on a timely basis or in the proper form shall be returned unopened.

• BID PACKAGE 095 - Acoustical Ceilings

• BID PACKAGE 114 - Food Service Equipment

• BID PACKAGE 210 - Fire Protection

• BID PACKAGE 220 - Plumbing and HVAC

• BID PACKAGE 260 - Electrical

If contractor chooses, they may submit a combination bid package for Bid Package 092 Gypsum Board Assemblies and 095 Acoustical Ceilings.

Pre-Bid Information:

A pre-bid conference will be held at the Hope Barber Shull Academic Resource Center on the campus of FHU on Tuesday December 20th at 10 AM CST.

Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractors expense, or files may be downloaded for free from this online plan room.
