Bid Information:

Sealed bids for Kitchen Renovations at Developments TN009-001 and TN009-003 will be received by The Union City Housing Authority, 1409 East Main Street, Union City, TN 38261 on Thursday, January 19, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Both developments are located in Union City, TN.

In order to be a qualified bidder, Bidding documents must be obtained from the plan room above. There is no cost associated with viewing or downloading an electronic copy of the plan and project manual. If you would like a physical set, they can be printed, paid for, and shipped to you directly through the website.

Pre-Bid Conference:

A Pre-bid Conference will be held for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the project at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 5, 2023, at the Housing Authority’s Office, 1409 East Main Street, Union City, TN. Immediately following the Pre-bid Conference, a walk-through of the project will be held by the Owner. All contractors are strongly recommended to attend this walk-through and Pre-bid Conference.

Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractors expense, which will be fulfilled by Memphis Reprographics or files may be downloaded for free from our online plan room.
