Due to the Ice Storm Warning that has been issued and the potential for hazardous driving conditions on Wednesday morning, the Bid Opening scheduled for February 1, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., is hereby postponed by 48 hours and will be held on Friday, February 3, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.

Sealed bids for Interior Improvements at Development TN050-003, Site 1, will be received by The Bolivar Housing Authority, 621 Hatchie Haven, Bolivar, TN 38008 on Wednesday, February 3, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Pre-Bid Information:

A Prebid Conference will be held for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the project at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at the Housing Authority’s Office, 621 Hatchie Haven, Bolivar, TN. Immediately following the Prebid Conference, a walk-through of the project will be held by the Owner. All contractors are strongly recommended to attend this walk-through and Prebid Conference.

In order to be a qualified bidder, bidding documents must be obtained from this plan room. There is no cost associated with viewing or downloading an electronic copy of the plans and project manual.
