Kirkwood Elementary School

Bid Information:

Bids for the Kingwood Elementary School will be received by the Clarksville/Montgomery County School System at Central Services Gracey, 621 Gracey Avenue, Clarksville, Tennessee until 2:00 pm CST, on June 1, 2023 and then at said location publicly opened. A five percent (5%) Bid Security is required. The opening will occur in the Lecture Hall (subject to change of rooms, verify with Receptionist upon entering building).

QUESTIONS AND CLARIFICATIONS:

Submit all questions about the Drawings and Specifications to the Architect, in writing. Replies will be issued to all Bidders of Record by Addenda and will form a basis of the Contract. The Architect and the Owner will not make oral clarifications. Questions must be received by the Architect at least eight calendar days before the Bid opening date. No addenda will be issued less than three calendar days prior to the Bid opening date.

• Last day for Questions: Wednesday, April 19, 2023

• Last day to issue Addendum: Monday, April 24, 2023.

Prime Contractor Bidders must register with the Designer as a Bidder of Record to assure receipt of notifications, updates and addenda. Bidders of Record shall register registering on the Designer’s website:

Pre-Bid Conference:

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Kirkwood Middle School on Thursday, April 13, 2023, at 3:30 CST. Location: Cafeteria. Enter in the back side of the school next to the loading dock.
