Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the construction of the Terrell Heights Storm Sewer Improvements will be received by the City of Cartersville at the Cartersville Public Works, 330 S. Erwin Street, Cartersville, GA 30120, until 10:00 a.m., local time, on October 12, 2023, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
The Project consists of storm sewer improvements within the Terrell Heights subdivision. These improvements include the removal of 15 linear feet (LF) of 18” RCP, 2,175 square yards (SY) of pavement, and 500 SY curb. The proposed improvements include the installation of 500 LF of CIPP lining, 425 LF of sanitary sewer including all appurtenances, 1,430 LF of storm replacements including all appurtenances, 1 storm water storage pond with OCS, grading, and retaining wall. The project also includes the relocation of and 130 feet of an existing 6-inch water main, along with restoration of asphalt paving, curbing, and all other appurtenances and restoration of the project area.
