1321-23 Conway Housing Authority-Balcony Replacement at Oakwood

Bid Information:

The Conway Housing Authority in Conway, Arkansas, hereafter called the “Public Housing Agency” or PHA, will receive sealed bids for the Balcony Replacement at Oakwood, until 1:30 p.m., Monday, April 29, 2024, at the office of the PHA located at 1710 Hairston Ave., Conway, AR 72034, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE CLOSING TIME WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED.

Pre-Bid Information:

A Pre-bid Conference at the Oakwood location will be held for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have about submitting a bid for this project at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, April 15, 2024. Immediately following the Pre-bid Conference, a walk through of the project will be held by the Owner. All Contractors are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED to attend this walk through and Pre-bid Conference.

One (1) complete set of bidding documents, drawings, and specifications in electronic or paper format shall be obtained from Memphis Reprographics, 6178 Macon Road, Memphis, TN 38134, telephone (901) 381-9811 for a fee. Bid documents are not refundable. However, bid documents may be viewed on-line prior to purchasing them. All bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the PHA, as contained in the Project Manual and detailed within.

In order to be a qualified bidder, bidding documents must be obtained from the plan room above. There is no cost associated with viewing an electronic copy of the plans and project manual.
