63375B - Montgomery County Shooting Complex

The work to be done consists generally of: Renovations to the existing 4,905 SF Pro Shop. These renovations include demolition and installation of a new main partition. Expansion of the Pro-Shop area. Energy upgrades to the facility by furring out the interior side of the exterior walls and installation of insulation in the new cavities. Exterior work around the Pro Shop to improve drainage. At the other portions of the facility, the ranges and the associated berms are to be modified and upgraded. Finally, a new outdoor pavilion will be constructed by the existing concessions building by the 100 yard rifle range.
