Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the office of Pat Harcourt, CEO, Principal, located at the A2H, Inc. office located at 65 Germantown Court, Suite 300 Memphis, TN 38018, until September 25, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

An official list of bidders will be maintained at the A2H Planroom to ensure that eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list will not be opened.

Pre-Bid Information:

A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project.
