Bids will be received at the East Arkansas Family Health Center Headquarters 900 N 7th Street West Memphis, AR 72301, on Thursday Sept. 25th, 2025 until 2:00 P.M., at which time they will be marked received and opened privately. Any bids received after 2pm will be returned unopened.
Include all Work associated with: Base Bid & Bid Alternates including Phasing options.
The Owner and/or Construction Manager reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids.
